Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the Nourra app and website, operated by Oleg Ptukh, an individual developer based in Ukraine. By using Nourra you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Nourra.
Use of the app
Nourra is a food diary, calorie tracker, water tracker, recipe planner, and AI-assisted nutrition tool. You are responsible for the accuracy of food entries, portion sizes, and personal profile data you provide.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
Health disclaimer
Nourra provides informational guidance only. It is not medical care and does not replace advice from a doctor, registered dietitian, nutritionist, or other qualified professional. Always consult a professional before making dietary or health decisions, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have an eating disorder. Do not disregard professional advice because of something in the app.
AI-generated content
Calorie values, photo analyses, glycemic-index figures, recipes, and assistant responses are produced by automated/AI systems and are estimates only. They may be inaccurate or incomplete and must not be relied upon as exact figures or as professional advice.
Premium and AI limits
Premium features may include AI meal photo analysis, ingredient-photo recipes, AI nutritionist-style feedback, advanced analytics, smart recommendations, and AI Boost. AI features are subject to fair-use limits to keep the service stable.
App Store purchases and subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are auto-renewable and charged to your Apple App Store account. They renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel them in your Apple account settings. Consumable AI Boost products are one-time purchases. Apple handles billing, restores, and refunds.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app: no unlawful use, no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, and no uploading of content you have no right to share.
Intellectual property
The app, its software, and branding belong to the developer or its licensors. Recipe and food data may come from third-party sources under their own terms. You keep ownership of the content you create.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any health, dietary, or financial outcomes arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
Changes
We may update the app and these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory local consumer law applies. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of the app license and may enforce it against you.
